2. Open Access and Licensing
- CC BY 4.0: All research articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.
- Copyright: Authors retain copyright of their work but grant RCJ a non-exclusive license to publish and archive the material.
3. Submission & Editorial Policy
Authors certify that their work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and adheres to the ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
4. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Upon acceptance of a manuscript, the corresponding author is responsible for the payment of the Article Processing Charge (APC) as specified on the journal website.
5. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to the Research Community Journal (RCJ) are final and strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued if an author withdraws a manuscript after the payment has been processed.
- No refunds will be issued if an article is retracted post-publication due to research misconduct or ethical violations.
- Fees are considered fully earned upon the initiation of the journal’s production, typesetting, and archiving processes.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with the website's functionality, including but not limited to hacking, data scraping, or posting defamatory content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The content provided on rcjournal.org is for academic and informational purposes. RCJ does not guarantee the website will be error-free or that the research findings are definitive.
8. Limitation of Liability
RCJ and its Editorial Board shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website or the reliance on published research.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the journal’s primary office is located.
